이용약관

제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 Loonshot Studio(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 Routi 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (정의)
- "서비스"란 회사가 제공하는 할 일(루틴) 관리 및 푸시 알림 서비스를 말합니다.
- "이용자"란 본 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
- "회원"이란 서비스에 가입하여 이메일과 비밀번호로 인증된 이용자를 말합니다.
제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
- 본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타 방법으로 이용자에게 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
- 회사는 필요한 경우 관련 법령을 위배하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 내 공지를 통해 안내합니다.
제4조 (서비스의 내용)
회사는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.
- 할 일(루틴) 등록, 수정, 삭제 및 완료 관리
- 사용자가 설정한 시간에 푸시 알림 발송
- 일별 달성률 통계 제공
- 웹(PWA) 및 모바일 앱을 통한 서비스 이용
제5조 (회원가입)
- 이용자는 이메일, 닉네임, 비밀번호를 입력하여 회원가입을 신청합니다.
- 회사는 다음에 해당하는 경우 가입을 거절할 수 있습니다.
- 타인의 정보를 도용한 경우
- 허위 정보를 기재한 경우
- 기타 서비스 운영에 지장을 초래하는 경우
제6조 (이용자의 의무)
- 이용자는 관련 법령, 본 약관, 서비스 이용 안내 등을 준수하여야 합니다.
- 이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
- 타인의 정보 도용
- 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 행위
- 서비스를 이용하여 법령에 위반되는 행위
- 서비스의 보안을 위협하는 행위
제7조 (회사의 의무)
- 회사는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 최선을 다합니다.
- 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 개인정보 처리방침을 수립하고 이를 준수합니다.
제8조 (서비스의 중단)
- 회사는 시스템 점검, 장비 교체, 천재지변 등 불가피한 사유가 발생한 경우 서비스를 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다.
- 회사는 서비스 중단 시 사전에 공지하며, 불가피한 경우 사후에 공지할 수 있습니다.
제9조 (회원 탈퇴 및 자격 상실)
- 회원은 언제든지 서비스 내에서 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며, 회사는 즉시 처리합니다.
- 회원 탈퇴 시 모든 개인정보 및 서비스 데이터는 즉시 삭제됩니다.
제10조 (면책조항)
- 회사는 무료로 제공하는 서비스에 대해 법령에 특별한 규정이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 회사는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 서비스 이용 장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 회사는 이용자가 서비스에 게재한 정보의 신뢰성, 정확성에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제11조 (분쟁 해결)
서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 회사와 이용자는 원만한 해결을 위해 성실히 협의합니다. 협의가 이루어지지 않을 경우 관련 법령에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the conditions and procedures for using the Routi service ("Service") provided by Loonshot Studio ("Company"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to the task (routine) management and push notification service provided by the Company.
- "User" refers to anyone who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
- "Member" refers to a user who has registered and is authenticated with an email and password.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
- These Terms take effect when posted on the Service or otherwise communicated to users.
- The Company may modify these Terms as necessary within the scope of applicable laws, and will notify users of changes through in-app announcements.
Article 4 (Service Description)
The Company provides the following services:
- Creating, editing, deleting, and managing completion of tasks (routines)
- Push notification delivery at user-configured times
- Daily achievement statistics
- Access via web (PWA) and mobile apps
Article 5 (Registration)
- Users apply for registration by providing an email, nickname, and password.
- The Company may reject registration in the following cases:
- Using another person's information
- Providing false information
- Other cases that may interfere with service operations
Article 6 (User Obligations)
- Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and service guidelines.
- Users must not engage in the following:
- Identity theft or impersonation
- Interfering with normal service operations
- Using the Service for illegal activities
- Threatening the security of the Service
Article 7 (Company Obligations)
- The Company shall make its best efforts to provide stable service.
- The Company shall establish and comply with a Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information.
Article 8 (Service Interruption)
- The Company may temporarily suspend the Service due to unavoidable circumstances such as system maintenance, equipment replacement, or natural disasters.
- The Company will provide advance notice of service interruptions, or post-notice when advance notice is not possible.
Article 9 (Account Deletion)
- Members may request account deletion at any time within the Service, and the Company will process it immediately.
- Upon account deletion, all personal information and service data will be deleted immediately.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is not liable for the free Service unless otherwise specified by law.
- The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user's own actions.
- The Company is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information posted by users.
Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)
In the event of a dispute related to the use of the Service, the Company and the user shall negotiate in good faith. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent court in accordance with applicable laws.
