Loonshot Studio(이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하게 처리하기 위하여 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

※ 신용·체크카드 번호 등 결제 수단 정보는 결제대행사(이룸페이)가 처리하며, 회사는 이를 저장하지 않습니다.
회사는 다음 목적으로만 개인정보를 처리합니다.
이용자의 개인정보는 서비스 이용 기간 동안 보유하며, 회원 탈퇴 시 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만, 관련 법령에 따라 보관 의무가 있는 정보는 아래 기간 동안 보관합니다.
회사는 원활한 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하며, 위탁 계약 시 개인정보가 안전하게 관리되도록 필요한 사항을 규정하고 있습니다. 일부 수탁사는 국외에 소재하여 개인정보가 국외로 이전될 수 있습니다.

위 목적 외에 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 활동 랭킹에는 이용자의 닉네임과 활동 점수가 다른 이용자에게 표시될 수 있습니다(이메일 등 개인 식별정보는 표시되지 않습니다).
회원 탈퇴 또는 서비스 종료 시 해당 이용자의 개인정보(계정 정보, 할 일·프로젝트 데이터, 통계, 푸시 토큰, AI 채팅 내용·이미지, 구독 정보)를 데이터베이스에서 삭제합니다. 다만 제3항에 따라 보관 의무가 있는 결제·거래 기록은 해당 보관 기간이 지난 후 파기합니다.
이용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

Loonshot Studio ("Company") establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information and promptly handle related inquiries in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Personal information is retained during the period of service use and destroyed without delay upon account deletion. However, information required to be retained by law is kept for the following periods:
The Company consigns personal information processing tasks as below and stipulates necessary safeguards in its consignment contracts. Some processors are located overseas, so personal information may be transferred abroad.

* Content you enter into the AI Manager is transmitted to the AI providers above to generate responses. Entering sensitive personal information is not recommended.
Apart from the above purposes, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties. In the activity ranking, a user's nickname and activity score may be shown to other users (email and other identifying information are not shown).
Upon account deletion or service termination, the user's personal information (account data, task/project data, statistics, push tokens, AI chat content/images, subscription info) is deleted from the database. However, payment and transaction records subject to legal retention under Section 3 are destroyed after the applicable retention period.
